The 39-year-old trained as a stylist in Cheltenham 23 years ago, and had always dreamed of owning her own salon.
"I grew up in Cheltenham, and was looking for an area which doesn't have a hair salon, and wanted to go somewhere where I could put something into the community" she said.
Fusion Hair and Beauty Salon was opened by the mayor of Cheltenham, Colin Hay, who cut the ribbon. The opening was marked with a free prize raffle, with beauty products and treatments given away. The salon has four staff, including its own beautician, and offers styling and treatments to men and women of all ages. It is open Tuesday to Saturday.
We are officially open. The
Mayor cut the ribbon at 11am, with the event covered by a photographer from
the Cheltenham Echo.
Our Open Day gave our new and
potential clients an opportunity to have a look around the Salon, ask any questions
and make appointments.
